Bill started his career on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange and has held a variety of positions from specialist clerk to CEO of an independent broker dealer. Prior firms include Drexel Burnham Lambert, Smith Barney, Clifford Russel (Frank Russel Company affiliate), AXA/Equitable, and Hartford Life.

JEFFREY MORFITHead of Investment Banking

Jeff is a veteran of the industry with over 30 years of experience. Jeff became a partner at Ladenburg Thalman in the early 1990’s, was later a Senior Vice President at Oppenheimer, and ran his own firm for 11 years with over 11 employees and revenue over $40 million.

Ryan HanavanHead of Capital Markets

Ryan leads TCM’s equity and debt capital markets initiatives with a focus on growth and middle market transactions. Ryan works to synchronize TCM’s investment banking, syndicate, and asset management activities.

PATRICK O'HARAHead of Institutional Sales

Pat enjoys translating complex investment options to various audiences internally and externally to drive business opportunities. Prior firms include Commonfund, Dreyfus Corporation (acquired by BNY Mellon), GE Capital, and PFM Asset Management.
