Biography
Millard has been assisting start-up and early stage companies throughout his banking career. He was an early investor/financier of Vuzix Corp. (VUZI:NASDAQ), a leading AR company as well as the largest electronic recycler in the USA, Electronic Recycling International. Millard has been involved in all aspects of Micro-Cap and Small Cap companies’ growth including M&A, Restructuring, Uplistings and IPOs.
